This policy explains when PrimeAI credit purchases may be eligible for a refund.

General policy

PrimeAI sells prepaid digital credits for AI tools. Because credits provide access to digital services, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your account email, payment amount, date, and transaction reference.

Eligible refund cases

We may approve a refund when there is a duplicate charge, an unauthorized payment, a technical billing error, or a purchase where credits were not delivered to your account.

Refund eligibility may depend on whether any purchased credits were used and whether the request can be verified through our payment and account records.

Non-refundable cases

Used credits, expired credits, successful AI generations, dissatisfaction with subjective output quality, and purchases made with incorrect assumptions about a tool are generally not refundable.

We do not provide cash value for promotional, bonus, free, or complimentary credits.

Review process

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may ask for additional information to verify the transaction and investigate the issue.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
