Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using PrimeAI products, credits, and AI services.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using PrimeAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the website, tools, paid credits, or related services.

PrimeAI provides web-based AI tools for image, video, audio, text, and productivity workflows. Some tools may require an account, prepaid credits, or both.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or completing a purchase. We may restrict access if we believe an account is being misused or violates these terms.

Credits and paid services

PrimeAI sells prepaid credits that can be used for eligible AI tools. Credit prices, bonuses, consumption rates, and supported tools may be updated from time to time.

Purchased credits expire after 90 days if they are not used. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You must not use PrimeAI to create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, images, audio, videos, and other content you submit, and for confirming that you have the rights needed to use that content.

AI outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or using them commercially.

PrimeAI does not guarantee that generated content will be unique, error-free, uninterrupted, or available for every requested prompt or file.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party providers, payment processors, model providers, hosting infrastructure, or events outside our reasonable control.
